Fluid Simulation too pixelated and doesn't drip? [Gif attached]

Hi guys, so I have been trying to do a simulation where an object ascend from Fluid.

However, as you can see, the fluid is still very pixelated.

And what bugs me the most is that some of the fluid doesn’t drip and stays on the object and even in a pixelated form.

Is the cause of the problem being low resolution?

So the main question is, how to make it more FLUID like water?

It is pixalated because the shading is set to flat. Set it to smooth.

The lack of dripping might be due to the low resolution and/or because your obstacles slip amount is set too low.
