Ok I´ve managed to achieve this with compound the *.mov and the mixdown *.wav:
ffmpeg -i input_video.mov -i input_sound.mp3 -f flv -sameq output.flv
Know I need the alpha in the flv somebody already use the vp6a…? After that just create a batch and ready to go…
I think that developers must know that this is a good implementation for blender, on the forums that I look there´s always someone that need this sort of thing…
