Because of all awesome critique I got, I managed to push my skills even further then I thought was possible so a great thank you to all that gave me feedback. Hope you are as pleased with the image as I am. Blender 2.79.

Very nice! It is very realistic.
The worn out piano looks amazing, very good attention to detail there.
Something seems a little off about the fly in comparison (such as the shader for the eyes being a little too simple).
Old stuff are always more artistic.
