There are a lot of abstract art that’s almost good, but often screwed up for one reason or another. But this is just… ahhh!

on the first render, how did you get those materials??!
yeah this looks great, i really do like it. you have the trance look caught very well i would instatly assume it was that genre.
and the colours are very appropriate.

Client wanted a really really bright colors in this, so i´ll think i got that 
Material is basicly just a blend procedural mapped to color and emit. + ofcourse ray mirror and ray trance parency and filter color functions was used.
Mesh is hand extruded.

composition wise i like the first the most.
the other one are lacking some richness for me.
they are to empty. there is no excitement in it.
the typo in the second one is unusable.
the third shows a better approach.
in the third i think the tex info about price etc could be
a smaller font size.
yah after i saw the first part i knew what this
will be. so congrats for that!
other wise an example i will show some of my design students
to make them think about content creation in 3d and not only 2d.

The first one is frontside of the flyer. Size 10x15 cm.
The second one is flip-side of the flyer. It is watched near so i wanted the big text to be a little styled. It could be better but it worked quite well printed.
The third one is the poster. It must be loud and clear so text are as big as i get em rationally.
About the exitement,…I think there is quite a bit swirl and exitement in those but maybe could be more. Maybe one of the tentacles coming in front of the text or something could have make it better.
again the colors, they were even brighter before i turned em to CMYK

It’s very nice. It remembers me the old good flyers and bootlegs of many trance/house/techno CD’s (it didn’t matter what was it). 90’s are back. I like it
Typography wise, i llke the first and the third one… I think although it’s crazy, it should be still readable… So the white letters are bad from this point of view. And why is Kenjido Okiru in small caps?
Very cool work! I love this style.
I especially like the first and the second - I think the white font on the second one is a bit hard to read, I’d prefer a black font - but maybe it’s just me :D. And if it works on the printed version, it’s okay anyway…

well i do not know how much money you get for that project.
i think there is always a payment quality relationship.
regarding this the work is great already. what i ment with excitment
is that in the second and third one you basicly work on three layers
typo, typo background, and color background.
basicly i think the flyer is finished, but still could get a tiny bit more
of elemenst into it. maybe by introducing another layer wich repeats
some of the patterns you use in the background.

Well i dont do Flyers for money. i do these for friends. I like electronic music a lot …and because i used to be part of the organization in really big trance/techno events.
And these flyers gives me a perfect playground to do things i cannot do in my real work…like those grazy dj-name-text-types hahaa
