I copied a .blend file from a DVD in drive F and saved it on drive C then removed the DVD. Now, every time I try to start blender, I get a message which says “There Is No Disk in the Drive.” If I click “Cancel,” blender starts. How can I avoid this message and get back to normal blender start-up?

Never mind, rebooting seems to have solved the problem.
