Force Topology Mirror?

Moral of the story is ALWAYS unwrap last… but.
I have a model that’s 90% correct. good unwrap etc. I had topology mirror off and made some changes. Didn’t realize until way later.

IS there any way to Force the topology mirror On without having to delete half the mesh and mirroring it? (which force me to have to re-do the unwrap).

I’ll accept any trickery including some VertexGroup magic… I just need to make a small portion of the mesh vertex match up the mirrored positions of the other size in order for topology mirror to take effect again…

Guess I could do so vert-by vert copyiing the position values, at that point it’s quicker to just re-unwrap.

Could you show us the mesh to understand what you trying to do?
