Animation attempting to replicate the effect of wind blowing the trees about. I have some improvements to make, its supposed to look windier earlier and the motion of the leaves is a bit too uniform in my opinion, but here it is.
if your video file is under 5Mb, you can upload it directly to blenderartists.org ,
using the “upload” button (6th from right in header of post-editor).
if larger than 5Mb, then upload it to youtube, vimeo, or any other streaming service that allows embedding a link to your video on their site here in your post.
Videos don’t automatically thumbnail here on blenderartists.org, so in your post, include any single still .jpg or .png – this will end up being seen (as the “cover art”) in the list of links for people to click on.
You have a much better chance of being seen if you make it easier for folks to just click on links. Asking people to download something sight-unseen increases your chances of folks just scrolling on by.
Oh okay, thank you for the info, your right it is much better to make it more accessible. Next time I will embed the video if its too large.
