I think that texture looks nice… but a bit empty for an image like this… 
Supposed to be a statue of sorts… well I seriously suck when it comes to materials and textures.

You must be joking, aren’t you? This blends very nicely with the background. But: Doesn’t look like a statue of sorts. Looks like some lonely ancient forgotten one who knows to much of the future. Good job!
Needs a good displacement map to break things up a bit I think.
