Frame prop action actuator

Does that mean you can start the animation at a certain frame number? if so how exactly?
I have tried fooling with it but can’t see how it works if that is how it is supposed to work

Frame prop is so that you can have a property (affected by collisions and the like) controlling an ipo, this is useful for things like health, there you have a property controlling the scale of a bar.

To start the ipo in the middle use a different start value under play. Or you can use a higher start value than end value to play it backwards.
