Another model made for BlenderKit. The manufacturer provides a basic obj coming from nurbs. Everything was remodelled or retopologized and many details were added. Everything done in Blender 3.0.
For all the friends out there, all my models are available at BlenderKit from now on, under the name Nick Mez. Enjoy!

I would also love to see some wireframes preferable with the subdivision modifier, if any, set to optimal display. 
Thanks buddy. Your words are always kind and supportive. Believe it or not, this model doesn’t have any Subdiv on, except for the armrests. I followed a more CAD-like, hard-surface approach, in order to achieve these CAD like fillets (distinctive in Fredericia furniture). Here are two wireframes taken from the viewport, for you to see (because you asked… )
