what is the license?
If you’re lucky enough to have a copy of photoshop, Nvidia makes a free filter that you can download and use to make very high quality normal maps. You can also use gimp to make a texture seemless (its not perfect but it works) just go to filters > map > make seemless.
I care very little about these, so feel free to use them however you like.
I’ve been trying for several days now and media fire says the server hosting the file is down. The textures look great but I can’t get a hold on them. Pretty please re upload? 
Edit: Never mind my impatience, the download works again. Seems your hugely popular download crashed the server
