What are you trying to achieve? Typography is very complicated and to create a full new font can take years.

I want to try making nice fonts , not a hole abecedary , maybe just some words , for making logos and stuff , i know a bit about how to make fonts , the blueprints you need etc… i was doing graffitti also when younger so i think i have an idea , anyway is just for curiosity.
i tried to download it but it seems that it dont run on windows ?

If you want to make words and logos, it’s totally an overkill to look for a font program. They will annoy the hell out of you with hinting and kerning.
You should look into vector graphic programs like http://www.inkscape.org
