Free HQ House/Apartment Plans for Arch Viz?

I’m looking to add some Arch Viz stuff to my portfolio But I’m struggling to find reference material.

I’m inexperienced in this specific type of 3D and I kinda don’t know where to start. I could really use some Plans/Blueprints just to get a layout down but everything I find online, mainly Google Images and Pinterest, is super low res.

Anyone have any idea where to find good quality stuff in this vein?

google is your friend (specifically check projects on archdaily, archello, architonic…) but basically, it’s all about reading&writing plans (Architect’s Data & Metric handbook planning and design data)
