I keep using the same things over and over again between different models, so I created the first in a series of base models that I can use as a starting point. Here it is:

I’ll be adding more to it as time goes on, but if you have anything useful, like more environments, lighting, or other outdoor things that you would like to share I’d like to add it to this model.
Eventually I will be adding an “interior” base model as well.
