I have problems using Skype. Every time I ty to speak with others, they hear a horrible buzzing noise coming from me. I think it must be a 50Hz interference from the power supply or from tha cable TV. Is there a software solution to this?
What are you using to talk to them? If you are using a USB device, other USB devices can cause interference, things like device cradles. I’ve used a USB headset and it seems to work ok though. I think it can depend on what style network you are on too. I find my brother’s ADSL line is noisier than his old cable line.
It is regular headset, non USB device. Internet is through cable modem.
