Frozen time - First attempt at texturing

hi everyone…
I am working on this render…

I am facing a problem…I have a ray traced glass…I have receive transparent enabled on the dial of the clock…Still no shadow is casting on it…The shadows of the clock hands are also not casting on the dial…Where am i going wrong ? Other suggestions also welcome…


I am not sure… but it looks good.

maybe increase the depth of the ray tracing, but it is a guess.
