My favorite new feature is xray bones!

whoa! a new version of blender to play with! awesome!! thanks for the link

I couldn’t find a full features list anywhere. Mind if I ask you to post a home-made one guys? WHy is it better than the regular Blenedr 2.2.5? All I know is you can open all sorts of file types(gif, etc) and that you can use the mouse wheel. Anything else? Oh, and what are Xray bones?

Full list of features here:

I’ve tried it and are impress with the wheel mouse and the quicktime output. Is this the latest Blender using the opensource coding?

it is a feature I suggested a while back this autumn to be
put in into Blender…it makes you view the Armatures(skeleton/bones)
as you work with animating characters, when Aramture is selected
and the X-ray button is pushed down, you can view the Armatures
right through the Shaded Mesh !! A very good feature for those who
work alot with Character Animation, other great tools have it as well!

there…you go
