Game Asset: Buildings (Low/Medium Poly) Texturing/ PBR

Hello,

I’m looking for someone to make airport buildings and texture them for Prepar3D and MS flight simulator, preferably working in Blender with PBR knowledge. Must be able to create textures using free and open license images eg. textures.com.

Lower poly peripheral buildings and terminals/hangars required. Overlapping UVs allowed with shading allowed.

The ability to work quickly and minimize texture usage would be good.

Please contact and show previous work.

This will be several sections of several hundred very low poly buildings, and dozens of airport low poly buildings. So there are batches that can go to one or more people. Up to 12USD per hour.

I only need the blender models so don’t worry about conversion.

Thanks for the replies. I have received a lot of messages!

I can’t offer the job to anyone who has simply said “I can do it” without actually seeing their work (many have not linked any images or portfolio), and lot of the portfolios don’t seem to have texture creation in their portfolio.

So as a sort of application process I have attached an image with dimensions:
202.582x148.582 in meters.

Please make this example building. It can bet very low poly: no cutting out windows, no window shades just put the details in the textures, make them tileable and please use GIMP if possible. Use one 1024x1024 texture.

The building is located:

Please make a specular map, metallic map and a generated bump with the textures.

If you have a knowledge of speed modelling and how to create layers and layer groups in the image editor it should be simple. Spend no more than 20-30 mins.

I will be looking for more than one person ideally.

Please upload the folder with the blender file with textures in a /texture folder with the textures onto your google drive and PM me the link.

This is approximately the look I’m after it took about 30 mins. Details are less important than performance: players will be > 1 mile away at >150mph and there will be 100’s of these low poly buildings in the terrain.
