do you want blends for educational purpose ? search for BHP racing , and in the last pages of the thread there is blends .
and you can go to the wip section and some games threads include blends there .
Are you asking what type of game a person should start with to learn the GE? Or are you talking about available GE games that have been made for educational purpose, like teaching math, or typing, or the planets orbits?
If you go to the GE wiki, there is a tut for the your first try at creating a game.
You can find many links in the file in my signature to other blender related links.
