Hey guys,
So over the last few weeks I’ve been making a face to transitions between different emotions/expressions as desired. Everything is going great; designed the head, made shape keys, made an armature, gave the shape keys drivers and made animations of the different poses to use in the game engine. Everything works perfect, besides one thing: when the character blinks when the game is running, it looks nothing like the animations that I made and is causing a big problem for me. This is the final problem I have with my summer project and would love it if someone could help me out a little.
I will post a copy of the .blender file. Thanks in advance,
Adam
It’s like the value is doubled in size. I recommend to do an experiment on a cube. Make a shapekey action and play it in the game engine. Then make a driver for the shapekey and make the same action with the driver and play it in the game engine. There shouldn’t be a difference but if there is, then you atleast know what the problem is.
Yeah I re-done the animations, but made the eyes not close fully for the blinking motion, worked perfectly, however i dont have a clue why the movements from the animation are being exaggerated in the game engine. I’d love to know why that happening haha. Thanks for the reply Raco
