Is the game engine available in 3.3?
I have never looked into it much before.
I want to make houses to be able to do a live walk-through in.
How do I get started?

The game engine was removed years ago, there have been some very loose plans to get some sort of “interactive mode” back into blender, but there is nothing currently available.
You could use an older version, or check out an external game engine to do walkthroughs.

You can download UPBGE 0.3+. Which is always built on the latest Blender experimental builds (currently Blender 3.5).
