Game engine runtime rigs and actions glitch help

I need some help with bge. I am working on a project, and went to run a export test, when I noticed a glitch in the game that did not occur in the .blend file :confused: this video will show you what is up. Video- .blend-
Also, I had noticed that when I uploaded the “working” file to the downloaded file experienced the same glitch.
