Game Engine slow after update 2.69 to 2.76

I have a project that is flawless in 2.69 but it is really jerky on 2.76. I can’t figure it out. Its a very small test project so there’s no reason it should be slow.
Any help would be great!

Do you get any errors in the console? Where is the bottleneck in the Profil?

if u open any project in other version which you did not use to make it, there will be alot of mistakes like modified light angles, radar angles. near sensors… somewhat like that. And of course of the incompatibility, it leads to slow functioning

I have had bugged physics objects, I just grabbed the mesh from and replaced with a new object and if fixed it.
