Does anyone know of any tutorials that teaches us how to create models (such as grass and flowers) that can be played in the game mode? Because I understand that we cannot render the models and play it in a game. is there any other way to do it?

If you make a model out of polygons and the triangle count isn’t ridiculously high then it should be displayed in the game engine when you press p.
Just use alpha mapped grass/plant textures. This can also be used for leaves on trees.
Google ‘Alpha Maps in Blender GE’ or something like that.
Actually modeling grass/leaf/plant geometry obviously consumes a fair bit of graphics memory, so its best to shy away from that if possible.
