You can also get the game reference manual here it has close to the same things as the game kit.
Check the tutorial in this forum. Search around or check the top topics of the Game Engine forum for more help. 
When I’m done with my school exams, I’ll start making my own GameKit, maybe even a printed version, but not sure about that.
