yeap i dont think that the AMD cards are for programs like blender.
Maybe for the CAD programs like SolidWorks, Autocad etc. with the same logic like the quadros cards just wont do with blender, even tho they are from NVIDIA and some of the support optix acceleration
So the out of GPU memory explains your slow result. You should use optix when available as that basically doubles the performance. Try to use “simplify” settings to get within the ram buffer and see if the speed improves.

the optix option is there, i can tick it but… it wont render cause it says it is out of gpu.Someone mentioned the old chipset in this card, and this might be the case.

Optix uses slightly more memory and probably that little bit extra was enough to push you overboard. You can try to use simplify tab, and reduce subdivisions or textures, to try to keep your scene within the memory buffer.
