General Discussion - VEHICLE PHYSICS !!!

I agree that WISIWIG are cool. But who is to make it ? Again, the its not the main focus for the main devs as more important stuff is going on from the insides of the engine. People keep asking as if everything was just to be drag and dropped in the sources… :confused:

My point is that it can be made temporarely from a BGE app or Blender Addon.

Granted, the idea of having good-quality interactive visuals via a Blender Addon might actually be doable if UPBGE gets rebased to Blender 2.8 (due to the new stuff related to widgets). I wouldn’t be surprised to see BPR write a bunch (and then they can bundled with your releases).

I would still make the argument to have more visually-based mechanics building in the engine out of the box (for the sake of performance and allowing everything to stay up to date), but the addon approach in a 2.8 based UPBGE might allow for more time until that happens.

Oh god yes…I will use the shit out of it!
