Hello guys! I’m trying to achieve a funny cartoon looking general, that has realistic looking shading, texturing and lighting. And a utilization of a good composition by showing as much as detail I can.
I’m unsatisfied with the nearly shadeless eyes. I had to add a little bit of emission to them since they were rendered as almost pure black spheres. I need some critiques to help me further on with this scene:
If you want critique for a model that is obviously extremely stylized, you’re going to have to provide a bit more information about what your desired end result is than just: “to help me further with this scene.”
What are you dissatisfied with? What do you think needs to be improved? No one is going to make “Oh wow great job!” comments in focused critique. If you want focused critique, you must tell people what you are trying to do. This is NOT obvious just by looking at your posted images.

Although there are no critiques yet, I still wanted to go a little forward with the beard and the eyebrows. BTW I need some advice on the eyes since my goal is to create a semi-realistic look for the character.
There are several weird things to me, but he is your character, so it’s difficult to say what should be changed.
Anyway one that seems decisively wrong is the jaw bone, which should go up toward the ear, while it seems like a bulge on the neck, that is, it goes too backward, or at least it looks so, and it lacks the profile under the ear.
The skin looks nice, and the beard too, but it is little visible, maybe it’s too transparent or light colored.
I don’t know if that is his normal expression or he’s smiling, but with such smiling mouth, his cheeks should be more prominent at the wrinkle around the nose, and under the eye.
I like his hair style, and the eyes look shadeless firstly because there is no direct light and a little diffuse to illuminate it.
I suggest to test skin and eyes under different lighting/s.
