In this video you will see how to generate 3D mesh from 2D image inside Blender with the help of ComfyUI Desktop and TripoSR custom node.
So let’s start with with ComfyUI Desktop that allow you to generate with a software instead of web application and switch custom nodes between version.
In particular after ComfyUI Desktop we need different custom nodes to make the workflow active, the first thing to do is install TripoSR custom node with the help of Manager (already installed inside ComfyUI).
TripoSR custom node webpage:
The second thing to do is install model as ckpt in ComfyUI, put thing model inside your path as ComfyUI/model/checkpoints and remember to reload the page:
Then we need to install ComfyUI Cup that allow Desktop version to comunicate with blender, I suggest to install with the Manager inside ComfyUI, but you can also manual install:
If you manual install CUP custom node, extract the zip file inside your path in ComfyUI/custom_nodes
Then you need to install Blender AddOn to test inside the software:
Make sure to add your part in remote server and in local server change the port in 8000, because it is different from ComfyUI web version
