Hi,
How can I generate a f-curve from the upper and lower points of another f-curve?
(check out the image as example, I want to generate the green f-curve from the red f-curve)
Thank you

Moved from āGeneral Forums > Blender and CG Discussionsā to āSupport > Technical Supportā (this could also be an animation or coding topic)
Do you need the results to be two separate f-curves, or would it be sufficient to have the source f-curve modified to show its extremes as youāve shown?
Hi Fweeb, thank you for answering
Iād need the results to be two separate f-curves.
(ps.: Iāve generate the red f-curve from a sound (bake sound to f-curve) but Iād like It was more simplified as the green f-curve is.)
Thank you very much
Hi,
I just got it. Iām going to make a tutorial showing how I did it and post here soon
just anticipating a little bit:
I unbaked the red curve (using the āUnbaked F-curveā addon from Liero) then simplified it (using the āSimplify Curvesā addon, which is default)
Thank you all for any question just ask me
by the way, check out my youtube channel about blender: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPVLrFnNEpL7fSZIKiTKLaA
Glad you were able to find a solution! And even better, thanks for sharing it with the rest of the forum. Iām sure someone else will run into a situation like this down the road, so this thread will certainly be a help to them.
