Geometry Nodes

How would you export / output a Geometry Nodes network GIVEN INDEX Face / Point OUTSIDE so it can be tracked by an outside Empty object, so it could be exported into After Effects?

Reiterating the same question, the proposed method didn’t really work,
Anyone has a good idea for this?
I need something generic enough that will work for any type of item within geometry nodes (Geometry, instances, points) and I would be able to copy Position/Rotation/Scale to track an empty so that it can be exported out to AFX. The position is obviously the most important part, Rot/Scale would be nice to have.
