I have particle set, rendered like objects, and I’d like to see “fade off” before particle die. How?
animate the alpha of the original source object, keyframe it just as you would anything else.
Thanx, but hm, this way all particles vanishes together… i need individual timing for each particle.
hmm, last i tried it started the animation for each individual particle…what version of blender are you using?

ya for some reason they replace ******** with dots?! i have the same problem, i tried asking a few people but no answer…im downloading it now, just gotta change the dots to ********…
This problem is one of the reasons I wrote APE. ( Atom’s Particle Extensions).

are you sure you cant do this? i know ive done material color changing with halo…is it different with objects? alpha?
and do you know about this paste all thing?
