Go with “technology” or “vfx”, depending on which is more accurate for the image. Or “character” for that matter, if it’s someone holding a gun. Having another category solely for Weapons would lead to a call for also adding “Household Appliances”, “Bottles of Liquor”, “Things on Your Desk”, etc…

You can get a good sneak peek by going to any of those tags, sorting by Top, and choosing Year as the date range- not final, since there’s a lot of duplicates that need sorted out, but it’s something

While I’m ok with letting realistic guns enter, I’m not in favor of promoting such content beyond that.

I’m assuming this is for pieces posted in ‘Finished Artwork,’ correct? not, say for instance, sketchbooks or whathaveyou…

Joseph was right - only Finished Projects and Animations are considered.

I prefer to group by subject matter, not the technique used. We’d have to add sculpting, low-poly etc too.
