Getting rid of visible seams in textured skybox

Hi,

I’m trying to create UVs for a skybox, but I get visible “seams” on the textured cube when I view it from the inside in Blender’s 3D view. See the attached image.

What should I do to get rid of these seams?

The skybox texture is an environment map I rendered in Blender. I used Unwrap > Smart project to unwrap the cube mesh. Then I manually dragged the UV vertices in place with Snap to pixels on. I don’t think I missed any spots on the texture.

I’m using Blender 2.55 beta.

Never mind. I think I got it figured out. I had to tweak the texture image in an image editor and cut up Blender’s environment map into a different layout so the cube sides became adjacent to each other. I also had to add some “padding” in the texture.
