okie dokie pokie well i just got a good explanation on this whole face symataty thing today so i thought i would share a link with you that would better explane how to get good edge loops going which is what you need direly if you want to do any kind of easy face animations, http://www.subdivisionmodeling.com/forums/showthread.php?t=907
Oh…and about the cerese in the middle of your mesh try going into editing panel and then under modifiers where mirror is use do clipping and turn your merge limit down till its just right you can imput the variable number for this if you want to get it down to a t by holding shift key and clicking the left mouse button over the numbers or just use the lil scroll thing lol not one for words i hope this helps you i know it helped me! just recently as a matter of fact
