What an interesting problem you have. Girls just don’t understand (some do) 3D and the greatness of Blender. If I had a boyfriend who uses Blender, we’d be fighting who gets to use the computer!

Some of you, don’t worry not getting a girl, you will, took me 22 years… for my uncle it took well over 35-40 years.
My girlfriend said that I’m so gone in the computer at times that she could, if she wanted, walk naked with her hands down without my notice!

Yes, never compromise that - I use to take a walk everyday for half an hour, very effeicient for me. I’d go crazy sitting on the same spot for too many hours in a row…
Cool! your right about some girls are interested in 3d… I really like that, my gf tried Blender but she gave up too early… Blender is definately not a ‘man-thing’.
Yes indeed. She is used to me spending time modelling on the computer, but I told here my next human model would be her, and she seems to like the idea.
We fight over the computer because she likes photography, and uses alot to touch up her photos.
She never really complained, allthough I know she wishes I would spend more time out of my “cave” as she calls it.
Better strike a balance, pal. Computers do take an extraordinary amount of time. And what my wife and I have done is to sharply and clearly delineate “time at work,” where the computers are used, and “time at home.” One time is not allowed to intrude upon the other; at various points both of us have had to sternly remind the other of that. Computer work can be insidious.

She usually is. When we get angry at eachother, we just leave eachother alone until the day is over, or until I have taken a nap, it cools me off good.
I could say over 4 years, maybe 2 real fight where we said things out of mean spirtis.

I know for 50% how you feel. I blender a lot too, even that much that my parents think I’m playing games 24/7, gehehe, but the thing they don’t know is that I Blender, make game sin blender, do c++ and opengl, and create websites.
I don’t have a girlfriend “yet”, but at school I was blendering for some time, and the girl I really love but still didn’t told her, came sitting next to me, had intrest in what I was doing. So I saved my work, and when she asked, what’s that? I told it was a 3D application, easy to use, and asked: “you want to try?”, “euh well I don’t know how” “I learn you some basics, it’s really easy” “ok, sound cool”
So a little time later she modeled a house (really basic) with a few windows, a door and a garden (also really basic) She really loved to use it, and told, that it was a way different then 3Ds Max we learned 3 years ago.
So see, if you make some stuff, show her, try to let her intrest in it. But yeah ofcourse you also have to make time for her needs. SO go for a walk, watch some tv, or what else, and say later, I’m going to relaxt little, doing some blender. ok? Then it would be like, yeah sure. 
gehehe sounds like nonsens, but ok I have to quit, go back to work :x
