Glare from a ceiling light

These are 2 extracted pictures of an intro (animation) of mine. This is the setup: It’s supposed to be a dark warehouse with a rotating fan and 3 ceiling lights. As you can see in the second picture there are no actual “lightbulbs” in the lights.

What would be the easiest way to get those?

well for starters, probably creating some lightbulbs might help :). turn the emit up and mess around with halos. thats how i would do it.
