Glass/transparent/noise material

How to create this material?

I’m achieved something similar, but I can’t create material on these big spheres. Please help.

Looks like a simple noise shader plugged being used as either a bump or displacement map.

Coupled with an “x-ray” type material

Try this (note - I am using the experimental micro displacement feature here, you need to activate experimental features, set displacement to “true” in the material and add a subdivision modifier to the sphere with micro displacement turned on and a dicing rate of around 0.25)
