Hello guys i’m working on glass please can you tell me how i can make it more realistic looking ?
I’d take a look at some reference images. Here’s a couple.
It looks like the walls of the bottle should be a bit thicker. The bottle also doesn’t look as perfect and square as yours (especially the inside).

how i can creat that thickness in bottome ?
You can create wall thickness by inseting or extruding inward.
If your struggling to get it to look right, you could check out some tutorials. There are some excellent tutorials online for making glass bottles.
