Good start!

a little tip:
Try to add a Blend/Sphere texture to your glass. Then in the material window there is a place with 9 little grey button and in fron of them there is X, Y and Z…unchek the 2 that are after X and Y…then instead of Orco click Nor (there is 2 nor button but I’m talking about the one in the same row as the Orco button)…I think it should give more definition to you glass. Oh also give this texture a white color.

Two more tips:

  1. make the object one sided. --> your glass have two sides which cause the spec to show twice… on te first side and on the second. I know that making the model not real but in the final render it’s looks more realistic.
    2.add some reflections to make your galss look less like plastic more like real glass. it’s enough that you add an image texture and make it coordinate like a reflecton.
