can i compile blender-2.41-linux-glibc232-py24-i386.tar.bz2
and yafray 0.0.8 with the newer gcc 4.1?
(i have fedora core 5) and i really would appreciate if i did not have to reinstall these libraries if u know what i mean

i answer to myself to close this topic.
well i guess it is perfectly possible, since i compiled yafray with it and it worked with blender-stable. Lets see how i succeed compiling blender from source…
