How can you expect anyone to diagnose the problem without knowing what you have done to the file. Screenshots are helpful.
I hope these screenshots are helping you to diagnose this problem… So, you can see node shader for coloring on text and Render Layer looks fine. Also I had set glow on composite node and node viewer looked great as you can see. Now the image on node viewer gone when I turns composite node on even the backdrop is enabled. I have no idea what happen to this after I render 200 frames and edit them on VSE for animating shortly. if you feel for me to send more snapshot or blend.file to diagnose this.
