In the new version of blender 2.46
the glow effect in the sequence tab is not editable when I press ‘n’
can any one please tell me how to fix the problem

The NKEY doesn’t work anymore. It’s replaced by an own section for sequencer in the Buttons Window.
With the glow effect selected, Just press f10 as many times as you need to get to the Sequencer buttons (it’s the filmstrip icon).
