 Does anyone know of a program that converts pictures into glsl textures!?! PLZZZZ?
You don’t convert textures to GLSL material. GLSL is just a way of rendering your textures in the viewport.
Press “N” to bring up the settings panel (or whatever it is called) and under “Display”, choose GLSL as your shading method. Then switch the viewport shading to textured and viola. You now see your textures in the viewport (assuming you have textures assigned of course)
if glsl isn’t working in blender, make sure your graphics card supports it (some don’t, like the integrated intel card I’m on now  )
