Glsl while texuring

Is there a way to temporary turn on a global viewport light when texturing in glsl mode. When u have only one light (default) in the scene. Its hard to view your textures without adding new lights.

Just put a Sun lamp on an unused layer. When you need the light in the viewport turn on that layer. Remember to turn it off when rendering.

I recommend to simply switch the material to shadeless. This way you clearly see the texture, no shading, no shadows, no need for a light. To check the “mood” simply turn shadeless off again.

Would be great to have a hotkey to globally turn shadeless on/off
