Is there any good clutter addon that allows to “paint” clutter (either single model or a bunch of different models) over a surfaces with settings such as random size, random rotation around certain axis, etc.
It would be very useful for having debris spread in a scene, “painting” polygonal fur / hair for game engines, grass, stones, etc.
