Good for Plumiferos team: particle object, group visualization working for hair

Particle object and group visualization now also work for hair, to
make for example feathers. Also made dupliparts work within groups.

One issue still is that in particle editmode, the duplis can interfere
with brushes and selection, though tweaking the dupli object position
can alleviate the problem.

Addition to last commit, now the length of the hair is used to
scale the object. Also, the direction is now derived from the
first and last keys on the hair, instead of first and second.

If the Plumiferos team was long wishing they could have a good system for feathers, now they have it, it might be too late though.

As I am making an animation about chickens, this new feature is very welcome. I have almost figured out how it works.
One problem though: the feather object is visualized with its center on the chicken object. What I would like is for it spanning the entire length of the hair, with the feather starting from the chicken.

Any answers?
