Goodbye and Thank You

I have enjoyed my time with you’all very much, but the time has come for me to say goodbye. You’se guy’s (and girl) have been an inspiration, a challenge, an incredible source of information, and I have come to feel genuine friends in many cases.

I am leaving the internet behind, and for most of the next year will be on spiritual retreat and practice. When I finish I will probably not be participating in the internet in any signifigant way.

So it’s goodbye, although I will be around for a week or ten days yet wrapping things up in various places.

I am very optimistic about the future of Blender and the future of the medium in general. I have watched from ver. 1.8 with awe and unwavering admiration.

Thank you Ton. I place your contribution to us in a rarefied catagory. History will remember yours with names like Ghandi, Dr. Martin Luther King, and Tim Bernars Lee. Thank you NANners all!

Thank you Tim Kanters, Stephan68, Theeth, Innocent. You guys have been more than patient kind and generous.

I will miss picking on Modron, probably more than he will miss being picked on.

Cekukuon, it’s spelled MENOMONIE (I know because thats my tribe). Except for your spelling you might be a genius.

JMS, I think you are starting to get the hang of this Blender/Python stuff. Ha Ha. Much respect to you!
