Google colab problem, please help

Hello dear artists, for the last 3 or 4 days I’ve been trying to render with google colab, everything works well until I get to the rendering part, when ever I press render, I get this error message:

/bin/bash: ./content/blender-3.0.0-stable+v30.f1cca3055776-linux.x86_64-release/blender: No such file or directory

I have tried everything, and I have followed every video on youtube, yet the problem still persists, I have an old dingy laptop, so I do most of my renders using render-farms, I would love to try the colab option since it is free, if you could help, I would be indebted to you.

Thank you.

It could be Colab is not accessing blender on the place you’ve stored the blender application. There’s a code i picked from one youtube video where you run a command to let it run from in my case google drive.

Try creating a code cell with this:
#Change executable access to blender on Google Drive
!chmod +x /drive/MyDrive/blender-3.0.0-linux-x64/blender

PS: this will run if you’ve installed on google drive, if so, change the directory to where you stored the blender application to.

Cheers, I already found a solution to it shortly after i created this thread, sorry I forgot to close the thread.

The solution was actually pretty simple, I don’t understand why.

The solution in my case was:

writing {!sudo ./blender/blender …etc} instead of {!sudo ./content/blender/blender…etc}

Thank you for taking the time to help, cheers.
