It’s a “simple” file but it has around 1k lines of code so… Not really that straightfoward…
Also common courtesy is at least to add the link to the original add-on thread : New Add-on: Image To Mesh
Maybe post your message there ? The addon creator seems to be pretty responsive on BA.
